18-20th, 2012 at Blackberry Farm, Tennessee.
This is the perfect getaway for both equestrian, and non-equestrian
spouses and friends alike. With two
guided trail rides and lots of other activities available, this is an event you,
your horse, and your taste buds won’t want to miss!

setting just minutes from the McGhee Tyson Airport. The group will enjoy

subject to a 9.25% state sales tax and 19% service charge.

Our culinary team prepares beautiful served multicourse menus, inspired by
seasonal farm-fresh products and produce grown just a few feet away in our
gardens. Our unrivaled wine cellar consists of 180,000 bottles of some of the
world’s most unique and exclusive collections. Blackberry Farm is more than
committed to creating the ultimate epicurean experience.
Meals are included in the nightly Full American Plan
guestroom rates beginning with dinner on the arrival night and concluding with
lunch or brunch (Sunday only) on the day of departure. All wine and spirits are
available will be charged based on consumption.
ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES
FLY FISHING Blackberry
Farm is an Orvis-endorsed lodge and offers a variety of freshwater fly fishing.
There are two ponds and a stream on the property, more than 700 miles of
fishable trout streams in the neighboring Great Smoky Mountain National Park,
and scenic stretches of the local tail-waters. Our Orvis-endorsed guides and
instructors can quickly introduce beginners to the basics of fly fishing
equipment and techniques or help the seasoned angler use more advanced tactics
for a perfect day on the water
CANOE AND KAYAK TRIPS Paddle
through rarely visited areas while venturing out onto one of five nearby lakes
that form the border between the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Cherokee
National Forest.
$100 per person for a four hour trip
GUIDED HIKE Our experienced
guides offer special hikes for all skill levels. Your group can choose to hike
one of Blackberry Farm’s scenic and well-maintained trails or venture off
property and explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
SCAVENGER HUNT Our experienced
guides offer special hikes for all skill levels. Your group can choose to hike
one of Blackberry Farm’s scenic and well-maintained trails or venture off
property and explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

GREAT RACE Teams compete in the
following adventure series events: Canoe relay on Walland Pond, archery contest,
6 mile hike to Blair Cabin, survival test (building a camp fire, pitching a
tent, etc.), 6 mile hike back to Blackberry Farm.

$150 per person for a hands-on two hour demonstration
$195 per person for a hands-on two to three hour Garden to

WINE TASTING The goal of
Blackberry Farm's Wine Program is simply to offer the most exciting wine
experience to each of our guests, from beginners to the most dedicated wine
connoisseurs. We are confident that guests with the most experienced wine
palates will be overjoyed with the opportunity to experience the wine they have
always heard about but never seen, or maybe just revisit an old favorite.
Set Up Fee - $150 (11-24 people) or $300 (25-50 people)

GARDEN AND SEED TALK Take an
extensive tour of our different gardens with our Master Gardener as he shares
with you the stories behind each plant and his collection of preserved heirloom
seeds.
RELAXATION
FARMHOUSE SPA Our award winning
Aveda Destination Spa, a renovated 1800’s farmhouse, marries old-fashioned charm
with modern amenities. Restored hardwood floors and plank walls connect guests
with a simple past, while state-of-the-art equipment ensures memorable
treatments that will transform your body and mind. Body treatments, facials,
manicures and pedicures and pairings are available.
YALLARHAMMER PRIVATE BONFIRE
After dinner, your guests can enjoy a private bonfire complete with s’mores, hot
cocoa and entertainment. We will be happy to arrange for a cordials bar and
recommend storytellers and musicians to help bring a close to the perfect day.
